PURCHASE ORDERS:
All purchase orders must be in writing; emails and faxes are acceptable. A hard copy of your artwork should be sent in with your order.

ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS:
All sales orders are acknowledged via email. An email address should be listed on your submitted purchase order. Sales orders will be processed in accordance to the information on the emailed acknowledgment so please review your order acknowledgment closely and contact us immediately with any questions or concerns.

SCREENS:
Can and Bottle Coolers have "Free Screens For Life" all other products are $30.00(g).

BLACK AND WHITE PROOFS:
Our factory supplies a FREE Black and White Proof on every order, which must be approved in writing before your order will be released to the production floor. Please expedite the approval of all Black and White Proofs to ensure that your order ships in a timely manner. Any delay in a Black and White Proof could delay your order.

COLOR PROOFS:
Color Proofs pertain to Screen Printed products. A FREE Black and White Fax Proof will be sent on every order. Color Proofs are available upon request for $12.50(g). A Color Proof is a digital representation of your vector artwork on the template of the product you are purchasing.

DIGITAL ART PROOFS:
Digital Art Proofs pertain to Full Color Dye Sublimated products. A FREE Digital Art Proof will be sent when you place an order for product. Digital Art Proofs requested without ordering product are $12.50(g) + 35.00(g) Set-Up Fee. A Digital Art Proof is digital representation of your raster artwork on the template of the product you are purchasing. 

VIRTUAL PROOFS:
Screen Printed Item Virtual Proofs are available upon request for $18.75(g). Full Color Item 
Virtual Proofs are available upon request for $18.75(g) + $35.00(g) Set-Up Fee. A Virtual Proof is a digital representation of your artwork on the product you are purchasing.

PRE-PRODUCTION ITEM PROOFS:
Screen Printed product Pre-Production Item Proofs are available for $40.00(v), plus screen charges(where applicable), plus shipping costs. These costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be invoiced at time of shipment.

Full Color Dye Sublimation product Pre-Production Item Proofs are available for $40.00(v) + $35.00(g) Set-Up Fee, plus shipping costs. These costs are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be invoiced at time of shipment.

RUSH ORDERS:
We charge $0.05 Net Per Piece for rush fees on rush orders, but please call factory prior to submitting your rush order. Rush order acceptance is always subject to sufficient production time and stock availability based upon current production load and factory stock status. Expedited shipping charges may occur in an effort to deliver rush orders on time.

LESS THAN MINIMUM ORDERS:
All of our products are available in less then minimum quantities except any multi-color orders. Multi-color jobs must be done at the minimum order quantity. Contact factory prior to placing a less than minimum order for cost per piece.

ORDER CHANGES:
All changes must be in writing; faxes or emails are acceptable. Distributor is responsible for confirmation of changes made to an order. Please make sure you follow up to ensure the changes were received.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
All order cancellations MUST be in writing; faxes or emails are acceptable. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. If an order is canceled prior to actual production there will be no charges for the art or screen. Partially complete orders that are canceled or changed will incur charges, however we limit these charges to the raw materials that have been used until the time of cancellation we don't tack on re-stocking fees, art fees or screen charges. Complete orders cannot be canceled or changed.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS:
Factory reserves the right to ship over or under the exact quantity ordered by 5% and invoices will be billed accordingly. Please know that every effort is made to ship quantities ordered. When No Overs are requested on Full Color Sublimation Products that order is subject to a 10% under-run.

HANDLING CHARGES:
A $3.50 handling charge per carton is added to all invoices and is included in the shipping charges. If your order happens to ship 3rd Party then the handling charges will appear on the invoice as handling charges.

COPY CHANGES:
Copy changes within a purchase order run $15.00(v). The minimum number of pieces per copy is 100, one side must stay the same on all pieces. Copy Changes are not permitted on all products, please refer to the product page for the product you are purchasing for additional information about Copy Changes regarding that product.

INK CHANGES:
Ink changes within a purchase order run $15.00(v). Ink Changes are not permitted on less than minimum orders. Ink changes are not permitted on multi-color orders. Please refer to the product page for the product you are purchasing for additional information about Ink Changes regarding that product.

PMS COLOR MATCHING:
PMS color matching is available for $25.00(v) per color. Please provide a PMS # and we will match it to within one shade on white items only. PMS match cannot be guaranteed on any colored substrate. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE an exact PMS match due to variations in substrate, substrate color, light source interpretation and ink supply. We recommend providing a PMS color swatch to match at press time.

PMS COLOR MATCHING ON VARIOUS SUBSTRATES:
PMS ink match IS NOT GUARANTEED on ensembles of various products (i.e. stadium cup, can insulator, & bank bag). Due to the varying substrates PMS color shade may vary between products. We will attempt to target the color match of one product to the whole ensemble upon authorization in writing to do so, otherwise the ink as applied to each substrate will be matched according to PMS (coated or uncoated) specifications.

POLYBAG CHARGES:
Poly-bagging of product is available for $0.05(r) per unit.

ASSORTED MATERIAL COLORS:
Assorted material colors are available at no additional charge, but must be kept to increments of 25 or more pieces per color.

SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground unless otherwise noted on your purchase order. Factory will accept 3rd Party shipper #'s, but be advised that even when a shipper # is supplied there is a $3.50 handling charge for each carton.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS:
Split shipments are available for $6.25(v) for each shipment after the first shipment.

PALLETIZING:
Palletizing is available for $20.00(v) per pallet.

SAMPLE REQUESTS:
Sample requests are accepted by fax or email only. Can and Bottle Cooler and other insulator type samples are free of charge however a UPS or FedEx shipper # is required to cover shipping costs. Higher Cost items such as Computer Cases will have a fee, please contact customer service to inquire about costs associated with these type items.

PRODUCT COLOR:
If product color match is critical, we strongly suggest that an actual sample of the product be reviewed prior to placing your order. Factory will not be held responsible for incorrect product color once the order has been printed and shipped. A UPS or FedEx shipper # is required for sample shipment.

BLANK MERCHANDISE:
Non-printed items are available for purchase on all our products and are subject to stock availability. Please contact factory for pricing on blank merchandise.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS:
Please contact the factory to obtain an RA # (Return Authorization Number) prior to returning merchandise. All merchandise claims must be filed in writing no later than 10 days after product is delivered. Incorrect printed items, deemed factory error, will be replaced at no charge. Shipments returned without an RA # will be refused and full payment of goods and shipping will be expected. No claim will be made until all circumstances have been discussed and reviewed.

LARGE QUANTITY QUOTES:
Large quantity quotes should be requested via fax or email. Please allow 24 hours for large quantity quotes. Large quantity quotes will not be given verbally.

FREIGHT ESTIMATES:
Freight estimates are given via fax or email only. Freight estimates are not guaranteed to be exact freight costs, but will be honored so long as they are used within 30 business days of the estimate date.

TERMS:
NEW CUSTOMER: First time orders should be submitted with a credit card number that will be billed at the time of shipment.
OPEN TERM CUSTOMER: Net 30 when approved by credit department.
CREDIT CARD: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

EXTENDED FACTORY CLOSURES:
THANKSGIVING: 
Every year JIT is closed the week of Thanksgiving.

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS: Every year JIT is closed on Christmas Eve and does not re-open until the first available work day following New Years Day. Example: For 2017 JIT will be closed from Friday December 22nd, 2017 and will not re-open until Tuesday January 2nd, 2018.

EMAIL POLICY:
We are committed to keeping your e-mail address confidential. We do not sell, rent or lease our subscription list to third parties and we will not provide your personal information to any third party individual, government agency or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law. 

When you do business with JIT and provide an email address you consent to being added to our in-house email distribution list. We will use your e-mail address solely to provide timely information about JIT Manufacturing. JIT will maintain the information you send via e-mail in accordance with applicable federal law.

Customers who no longer wish to receive promotional materials and/or newsletters are provided the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us by reading and following the unsubscribe instructions located at the bottom of any email they receive from us. 

In compliance with CAN-SPAM Act, any email sent from our organization will clearly state who the e-mail is from and provide clear information on how to contact the sender. In addition, all e-mail messages will also contain concise information on how to remove yourself from our mailing list.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS:
JIT accepts orders for printing as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding its usage and assumes no liability for claims or infringements of trademarks, copyrights, patents, and/or personal rights. This is the sole responsibility of the customer/distributor. If you do not have permission, please do not send us your order.
Products and logos shown on this website appear only to illustrate the basic products and the ability to imprint messages and art on them. There is no intention to suggest that the imprints were designed by JIT or that the products with these specific imprints are readily available to any purchaser without express written permission of the owners of any trademarked or copyrighted art, copy, or verbiage.
